Vegetarian Pumpkin Rice

One pot dish for quick and simple dinner. 

Prepare: 
250gm Pumpkin 
3 cups of rice 
Chinese Mushrooms or shitake mushroom (keep the water used to soak the chinese mushroom)
Assorted veggies of your preference (eg. xiao bai cai)

Seasonings: 
3 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
2 tablespoon of light soy sauce 
1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce 

Steps: 
Pour everything in the rice cooker, stir evenly, pour in the water used to soak mushroom, make sure it just cover the rice. 
Turn on the rice as what you would do to cook rice. 

Done.
