Braised tofu and mushroom

 



Cooked this for dinner yesterday. 

Ingredients:  
1 block of Firm tofu (tou kwa) 
4 shitake mushroom 

Seasoning: 
Water 
1 tbs dark soy sauce 
1 tbs light soy sauce 
1 tbs sweet sauce 

Thickener: 
Water + corn flour 

Steps: 
Put firm tofu in air fryer for 10 min (180 degree) 

Pour seasoning ad shitake mushroom in a pot, bring to boil, simmer for 15 min 

Add in firm tofu, thickener.
