Bought this from NTUC, convenient food for a quick meal.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
little bit of sugar
Half tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chilli oil (I used lao gan ma)
2 garlic (minced)
spring onion
Steps:
- Steam brinjal for 10 min
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and chill oil to steamed brinjal
- Heat oil with garlic and spring onion
- Poured oil onto brinjal
Ingredients:
120 gm glutinous rice flour
Little bit of sugar
Little bit of cooking oil
120 ml of water
Toppings:
Peanut powder (adjust amount according to personal preference)
Instructions:
1) Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, cooking oil and water together.
2) Pop in oven for about 3 min
3) Mix in peanut powder
Ingredients:
Quorn minced meat (about 3 tablespoons)
1 packet of silken tofu
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
60 ml of water
cornstarch + water for thickening
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Method:
- Heat oil in pan
- Add Quorn minced meat, stir fried for 3 mins
- Add Silken tofu, stir fried for 3 min
- Add water and dark soya sauce
- Add cornstarch + water to thicken the sauce
- Done!
